Susan is a passionate, results‑driven expert in continuous improvement and project/program management. An entrepreneur and seasoned corporate leader, she excels at helping teams distinguish day‑to‑day work from true projects so they can focus, execute, and elevate quality and customer impact. As an instructional designer, trainer, and coach, she equips people with the skills to deliver results on time, within budget, and beyond leadership expectations. Over a career spanning DuPont and BNY Mellon, he has logged more than $22M in cost and working capital savings and protected a $38M customer relationship at risk of walking. Jamahl is an adjunct instructor of Lean Six Sigma at Villanova University.
