A Technology Solutions Provider Drives Integration Across Acquired Companies

BCM One acquired 8 companies over two years which created the need to integrate practically overnight. There were multiple project opportunities with differing priorities, people who did not know who to contact to collaborate and a leadership challenge to prioritize and communicate results.

In less than one year, leveraging the Become a Results Driven Project Manager Program, the team delivered significant project value through their investment in people.

A healthcare system is leveraging Lean Transformation to unlock the expertise of frontline staff and accelerate meaningful operational improvements. By tapping into the know‑how of those closest to the work, the organization is improving patient access, reducing waste in clinical operations, and strengthening staff morale through better connection, collaboration, and problem solving.

OpExecs designed and delivered a comprehensive Lean Transformation learning program, conducted baseline assessments to identify priority opportunities, and provided strategic coaching to the leadership team alongside hands‑on coaching and training for frontline teams.

As a result, five ambulatory clinics have successfully launched Lean initiatives within their own settings, empowering technicians, front‑desk staff, providers, and nurses to tackle long wait times, missed appointments, and gaps in vaccine administration.

More than 50 staff members have completed the learning experience and are now actively leading improvement projects that directly benefit patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

The organization is building a sustainable improvement culture—one grounded in capability, ownership, and measurable impact.
